Return & Refund Policy

Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Damaged or Wrong Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours at support@luvemi.com with photos and your order number. We'll make it right as soon as possible.
